The company DISCO d.o.o. is implementing the project Business Digitalization and Strengthening of the Competitiveness of DISCO d.o.o. The project is carried out in accordance with the rules of the Call Transformation and Strengthening of the Competitiveness of Cultural and Creative Industries within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026.
The competent authority is the Ministry of Culture and Media, and the implementing body is the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovation and Investments.

Improvement of Business Processes
The project focuses on strengthening the event organization segment of the company’s operations. By acquiring audiovisual equipment and developing specialized digital solutions, DISCO d.o.o. is increasing precision, speed of execution, and the quality of creative content. Planned investments include a sound system and lighting control system, as well as the introduction of interactive features such as the Magic Mirror and 360 Video Booth. New computer equipment will accelerate material processing and client communication, while a professional camera and photo printer will enable the delivery of attractive visuals on-site.
Virtual AV DJ as an Innovation
The development and application of a virtual audio-video DJ solution introduces automation into music content production. The solution monitors audience reactions and continuously adjusts music selection, reducing the need for pre-prepared playlists and optimizing performance costs. This increases productivity and enhances the overall event experience.
Digital Presence and New Services
The project includes the creation and improvement of the websites disco.hr, cro360.pro, and photobooth.disco.hr. New content and SEO foundations improve visibility in the digital marketplace. Special emphasis is placed on the service of virtual tours, which accelerate event planning and reduce location visit costs. Linking cro360.pro to a Google Maps profile with over 18 million views further strengthens the market reach of the service.
Skills Development and Promotion
An employee will undergo targeted training in Adobe Illustrator to maximize the use of new technologies in creative and operational practice. Participation in the Wedding Fair increases visibility, brings new business contacts, and opens access to new markets.

Interactive AV content and the virtual AV DJ stimulate participant creativity and simplify the creation of content tailored to the moment.
Production
Automation of music production and new computer equipment shorten preparation time, increase reliability, and enable on-site work without interruptions.
Distribution
The Magic Mirror and 360 Video Booth enable fast recording, storage, and sharing of content among participants and on social media
Placement
New websites, digital presentations, and trade fair appearances strengthen the brand, increase reach, and convert interest into signed contracts.

a) Improvement of four business processes—creativity, production, distribution, and placement—through the acquisition of new audiovisual, hardware, and software equipment.

Through this project, DISCO d.o.o. is implementing a digital business transformation and enhancing competitiveness. Investment in advanced equipment, the virtual AV DJ, and website development—combined with employee training and targeted promotion—creates a foundation for sustainable growth, faster event execution, and delivery of innovative, high-quality content.
